    Going the extra mile for our customers

    Powrmatic puts you, the customer, right at the heart of our business.  We have restructured our Sales team and created a new Customer Service Team which is responsible for liaising with customers from the point of order right through until the goods are on site.  The team will be making sure that we meet your requirements at every stage of the transaction. Whether it be air conditioning, ventilation or heating unit sales or after care, are ensure you are kept informed of progress along the way.

    Leading the Customer Service team is Helen Terry, Customer Service Team Manager.  Helen has spent many years in customer service management across a range of companies and industries.  The other team members also have plenty of experience in assisting customers, in a variety of companies, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the group. Our aim is to provide you with the best possible experience, to stimulate customer retention and generate additional opportunities for us all.
