Employee will be required to be able to work within a team where communication is key. Duties will include:- Loading & unloading paint line in an efficient manner, hand spraying of powder paint via a GEMA spray booth, an understanding of how to operate machine settings, general up keep and daily maintenance which will include working with hazardous chemicals which are associated with a Paint plant.
The Customer Service Team Leader develops and delivers the service levels required to provide the customer with the best experience possible, to stimulate customer retention and generate additional opportunities.The Team Leader leads the customer service team to consistently exceed the customer’s expectation and provides transparent communication and information.
