Nearly 50 engineers from Powrmatic’s nationwide installer network, as well as Powrmatic’s own apprentices, attended courses at Powrmatic’s Training Centre during June and July 2015. The courses were designed to provide both theoretical and hands-on experience covering the design, installation, maintenance and control of Powrmatic heating systems.
Each one-day course combined a general overview of the company’s product range with more detail and hands-on activities focusing on specific areas. These included using the Powrmatic Heat Loss App, wiring requirements for the popular NVx and CPx ranges, fault diagnosis and use of Powrmatic’s various control solutions.
Attendees also received general advice on key performance parameters such as duct resistance, destratification and commissioning – and were also given tours of the factory and R&D facility. The courses concluded with general question and answer sessions and issuing certificates of attendance.
