Over recent months, global supply chain disruption linked to the conflict in Iran has led to significant increases in fuel and material costs across our industry. Like many businesses, we have worked hard to absorb these pressures wherever possible. However, as costs have continued to rise, this is no longer sustainable without impacting the quality and reliability of our services.
As a result, from 1 May 2026, a temporary 2.5% surcharge will be applied to our services. This step ensures we can continue to deliver the high standards you expect while navigating these challenging market conditions.
We want to reassure you that this is not a permanent change. The surcharge will be kept under continuous review and will be reduced or removed as conditions improve.
