All warm air products are backed up by a two year parts and one year labour warranty, with a 10 year time related warranty on the heat exchanger.

If your heater is under its warranty and has a manufacturing fault or simply requires spare parts, this will be free of charge, subject to our warranty terms and conditions. Heater Warranty Request

 If your heater is still under its warranty and has a manufacturing or material fault or defect, the repair will be free of charge, subject to our warranty terms and conditions. Just complete the form below and our warranty team will be in touch to arrange a warranty visit.

If the heater is installed above 3.5mtrs from floor level, access equipment will be required for the engineer. As per Powrmatic’s terms and conditions this is not covered under the warranty.

Important note: To attend site we will require a copy of the completed commissioning sheet if not already submitted these will need to be emailed to warranty@powrmatic.co.uk alternatively our admin team will contact the above email address to request a copy.
