Heater Warranty Request

 If your heater is still under its warranty and has a manufacturing or material fault or defect, the repair will be free of charge, subject to our heating repairs warranty terms and conditions. Just complete the form below and our warranty team will be in touch to arrange a warranty visit.

If the heater is installed above 3.5mtrs from floor level, access equipment will be required for the engineer. As per Powrmatic’s terms and conditions this is not covered under the warranty.

Important note: To attend site we will require a copy of the completed commissioning sheet if not already submitted these will need to be emailed to warranty@powrmatic.co.uk alternatively our admin team will contact the above email address to request a copy.

Parts Warranty Request

Your warm air heater is backed up with a two year parts warranty. If your heater is under its heating repairs warranty and requires spare parts, this will be free of charge, subject to our warranty terms and conditions. Just complete the form below and our warranty team will be in touch to arrange delivery of your warranty spare item/s.

Important note: Consumables such as gaskets, ignition electrodes, flame rectification electrodes, drive belts, fusible links, control batteries are all excluded from guarantee.

Return Item (Under 4Kg)

Powrmatic has supplied you with a replacement part under the warranty. We now require the faulty item to be returned to us within the next 7 days. To return a warranty parcel below 4kg please follow the below instructions:

 Pack the faulty item securely in the packaging used to deliver the new item

Ensure the parcel has Freepost POWRMATIC RETURNS printed on the outside. Nb. the name must always be in uppercase

Drop it off at your local post office. That’s it!

Return Warranty Item (Over 4Kg)
