Our technical training focuses on the need of the engineer to become familiar with our products and enable quick and simple installation or repair.

What to expect

Our trainers know our heaters inside out, giving you inside knowledge you can use everyday. Get hands-on experience in real world situations ensuring you stay, competent and compliant with the latest product updates and ErP regulations.

What will I learn?

 The free one-day course will involve MC200 controller wiring and setting, Pactrol operation and testing, flue installation, ductwork Resistance, destratification, comissioning and more.  Lunch and refreshments are provided and a certificate is awarded upon completion.

Where is it? 

Held at our manufacturing facility in Somerset, our courses are small, tailored and down-to-earth giving our installers the know-how on our heaters as you get to grips with commissioning, servicing and fault finding.
