Powrmatic’s Spend, Spin & Win – Terms and Conditions –

1) Eligibility

This promotion is open exclusively to Powrmatic customers aged 18 years or older.

2) Promotion Period

Qualifying orders must be placed between 12:00 AM on 1st December 2024 and 11:59 PM on 20th December 2024.

3) Entry Requirements

Customers will automatically receive one entry into the prize draw for every qualifying order of £5,000 (excluding VAT) or more placed during the promotion period.

Multiple entries are allowed; each qualifying order earns one entry.

4) Prize

One winner will receive a £750 voucher. (The specific retailer or type of voucher will be confirmed by Powrmatic

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for another item.

5) Winner Selection

The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries during a live draw on Powrmatic’s YouTube channel on 23rd December 2023. The exact time of the draw will be announced on Powrmatic’s website and social media channels.

6) Winner Notification

The winner will be announced live during the YouTube draw and contacted directly by Powrmatic after the event.

7) General Terms

Cancelled or refunded orders will be excluded from the promotion.

Powrmatic reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

8) Liability

Powrmatic accepts no responsibility for technical issues, incomplete orders, or other factors outside of its control that may prevent participation.

9)Data Protection

By participating, entrants agree to the use of their name and company name in promotional announcements related to the competition (e.g., on Powrmatic’s website or social media).

10) Governing Law

This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
