Powrmatic’s Quote Crunch – Terms and Conditions –

These Terms and Conditions govern the Powrmatic Quote Crunch (“Promotion”). By participating in the Promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Promotion Overview

Powrmatic’s Quote Crunch guarantees that we will beat any valid, written competitor quote or existing Powrmatic quote for comparable products or services, subject to the following terms. This offer ensures our customers receive the best possible price while benefiting from Powrmatic’s high-quality products and services. Orders must be placed on or before the 30th of November 2024.

2. Eligibility

This Promotion is open to customers who are at least 18 years of age.
The Promotion is available to businesses and individuals within the United Kingdom.
The Promotion applies to new, valid quotes for products and services provided by Powrmatic, subject to verification.
The Promotion is valid until 30th November 2024.

3. How It Works

Submit Your Quote: To qualify, customers must provide Powrmatic with a valid, written quote from a competitor or an existing Powrmatic quote dated within the last 30 days.
Comparable Products or Services: The competitor’s quote must be for similar products, specifications, and services, including model numbers, quantities and market value, to those offered by Powrmatic. Powrmatic reserves the right to assess whether the products or services are comparable.
Price Adjustment: Once Powrmatic verifies the competitor’s or existing Powrmatic quote, we will offer a revised quote that beats the competitor’s price. This revised price will be offered as a new quote, subject to agreement.
Price Match and Beat: Powrmatic will match the competitor’s quote and offer a price that is lower, depending on the competitor’s quote. The discount applied will be determined by Powrmatic based on the competitor’s pricing and our internal policies.

4. Validity of Quotes

Competitor Quotes: Competitor quotes must be current (within the last 30 days) and from a registered competitor of Powrmatic. Quotes from unregistered, non-legitimate, or non-recognized companies are not eligible.
Powrmatic Quotes: The existing Powrmatic quote must be valid (issued within the last 30 days), and the customer must provide proof of this quote in writing.
Quote Criteria: The quote must be for a comparable Powrmatic product or service, meaning the model, specifications, and quantities must be identical or equivalent. Powrmatic reserves the right to assess and compare the products for validity.

5. Exclusions

Special Offers: This Promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, special offers, or promotions.
Sale Items: The Promotion does not apply to clearance items, sale-priced items, or items purchased with pre-existing discounts or incentives.
Bulk/Custom Orders: Custom-built, bulk, or special orders may not qualify for the Quote Crunch.
Delivery and Installation: Delivery, installation, and any other additional charges are not eligible for price matching and may be excluded from the discount.
Supported Quotes; Any supported quote placed after the 30^th will no longer be valid unless we choose to accept it.

6. Additional Conditions

Availability: The product or service in question must be available for purchase and/or in stock at Powrmatic at the time of the request.
Verification of Competitor Quote: Powrmatic reserves the right to verify the competitor’s quote and ensure it is legitimate and based on the same product/service specifications. Any fraudulent or misleading quotes will result in disqualification from the Promotion.
Final Decision: Powrmatic has the final decision on whether a quote qualifies for the Quote Crunch. In case of disputes, Powrmatic’s decision will be final.
Changes to Terms: Powrmatic reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without notice, including changes to the terms and conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Powrmatic will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or participation in this Promotion.
Powrmatic is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected emails or communications.

8. Privacy

By participating in this Promotion, you consent to Powrmatic collecting and processing your personal data for the purpose of administering this Promotion, including sending follow-up communication regarding your submission and offer. Powrmatic will handle all personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Powrmatic’s privacy policy.
