Manufacturing Manufacturing Facility Heating - 3 x CP+ 440kW
In partnership with MCL Energy again, a further three bespoke CP+440 heaters were installed to provide additional heating to 3 further areas of the manufacturing unit.
A manufacturing facility was looking to replace a direct fired unit with more efficient and effective heating solutions. The facility had already installed one CPx440kW cabinet heater, supplied by Powrmatic and installed by MCL Energy. However, the facility needed additional heating units to meet their requirements.
Powrmatic supplied three bespoke CPx440kW cabinet heaters to the facility, each with a different configuration to suit the facility’s specific needs. The first heater was a Horizontal Ducted Cabinet Heater, the second was an upright Ducted Cabinet Heater, and the third was an External horizontal ducted cabinet heater that was weatherproof. All three heaters were ErP compliant, painted in RAL7015, BMS compatible, and built with stainless steel heat exchangers. The heaters had various airflow directions and inlet duct spigot positions, making them ideal for the facility’s unique requirements. MCL Energy expertly installed all three heaters, ensuring they were efficient and effective in providing heat.
The project was challenging, but MCL Energy and Powrmatic provided a bespoke heating solution that met the facility’s requirements. The owners were extremely satisfied with the outcome, as the new heating units were more efficient and effective than the previous direct-fired unit. The three bespoke heaters provided the facility with a comfortable working environment, even during the coldest winter months. Overall, the project was a success, and the facility can continue to operate efficiently and comfortably with the new heating solutions in place.
