Over 70 heating engineers from more than 40 contracting companies in the UK and Ireland have recently attended the Powrmatic product training courses at Powrmatic’s Training Centre in Ilminster, Somerset.

The one-day courses provided a balance between theory and practice, with a significant amount of time devoted to hands-on, practical aspects such as operating, testing and commissioning Powrmatic CPx and NVx warm air heaters.

Other areas of the Powrmatic product training course included:

  • MC200 controller wiring and setting
  • Pactrol operation and testing
  • Flue installation
  • Duct Resistance
  • Destratification
  • Comissioning
  • Powrmatic Heat Loss app overview
  • Q&A

Engineers also had the opportunity to explore the manufacturing facility and see the new Unison Breeze 50mm Dual Stack CNC Tube Bender, and the impressive Powrmatic Salvagnini P4Xe in action.
