Join our team as a Warranty Coordinator and play a vital role in ensuring customers receive first-class after-sales support. From arranging engineer visits to high-profile locations such as major retail chains, film studios, and visitor attractions, to coordinating warranty repairs and commissioning visits, you’ll be at the heart of delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Working as part of a close-knit team, you’ll be responsible for authorising and scheduling warranty call-outs, processing engineer reports and invoices, coordinating warranty parts dispatch, and liaising with customers, engineers, and colleagues across the business. This is a varied and rewarding position that offers excellent exposure to multiple departments, including Sales, Customer Support, and Technical Services.
We’re looking for a customer-focused individual with previous experience in a customer service environment, ideally within HVAC, engineering, manufacturing, or a related industry. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively are essential.
