Technical Sales Specialist

This role serves as the central technical and commercial link between customers, consultants, and contractors, ensuring the successful delivery of HVAC projects from initial concept through to commissioning. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will provide expert product knowledge, prepare technical proposals and project documentation, and support Business Development and Area Sales Managers in developing tailored HVAC solutions. You’ll manage project pipelines, maintain accurate CRM data, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support. This position is ideal for someone with an HVAC or M&E background who enjoys problem-solving, working collaboratively, and building long-term customer relationships. You’ll play a key role in enhancing customer experience, supporting strategic accounts, and upholding Powrmatic’s reputation for technical excellence.
