Project Background

The manufacturing unit in the West Midlands was struggling with an outdated heating system. The existing unit they had been using for years was no longer efficient enough to keep up with their heating needs. The client was looking for a more energy-efficient and cost-effective heating solution.

Project Solution

MCL Energy recommended the installation of a CPx GAS 440kW Upright Freeblowing Cabinet Heater with a modulating burner and stainless steel heat exchanger with  ErP compliance. The CPx unit is designed to provide maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness, making it an ideal choice for the client’s needs. The unit’s modulating burner adjusts the heat output to match the building’s heating requirements, ensuring that energy is not wasted. The stainless steel heat exchanger also improves efficiency by transferring heat more effectively. The CPx heater was relocated to another part of the building allow the owners to utilise the space created from removing the old unit.

Project Result

Following the installation of the CPx unit, the client reported significant savings on their energy bills. The unit’s compact design and user-friendly features made it a better fit for its manufacturing unit. The modulating burner and stainless steel heat exchanger also made the unit more efficient and cost-effective to operate. The CPx’s ErP compliance ensured that the client met the latest energy efficiency guidelines, making it an environmentally friendly solution. The client was extremely satisfied with the performance of the new unit and the cost savings it provided.
