We would like to thank customers for taking time to respond to our recent Customer Satisfaction Survey. We were delighted with the positive feedback but are driven to achieve even higher levels of customer approval as we fast approach the heating season.
In response to demand for ever shorter lead times we have expanded our workforce, invested in additional automation including new pressing and tube bending facilities as well as increasing stock levels. To ensure the highest levels of customer service throughout the business we have also boosted resources in both our technical and sales departments.
